AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER SERVICES
Justine Knott has many years of experience and expertise in the assessment and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders. Justine works collaboratively with other providers, such as Paediatricians and Speech Therapists to ensure an accurate multidisciplinary assessment is obtained of your child.
Psychological assessment for Autism Spectrum Disorders includes child observational assessment, parent diagnostic interview, assessment of adaptive behaviour, general behavioural assessment, and screening assessments of pragmatic language. This information is compiled into a detailed report which you can provide to your medical team and to your child's kindergarten and school.
Justine Knott is a registered provider on the Provider Panel for Early Intervention Services under the Helping Children with Autism Package (HCWA). This will soon be transitioning to the NDIS scheme. If your child has a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder prior to six years of age, they are eligible for additional government funding toward early intervention services.
